School management committee is formed to manage the school and provide guidelines for its overall management. It consists of nine members as the representatives of District Education Office, Municipal Corporation, donors, guagdians and social workers. The Principal will be the Member-Secretary. The Management Commettee gives policy guidelines to the Principal. The Principal is the main person to act on behalf of the committee and to run the school effectively.
TEACHING AND ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
The teachers for school and hostel are appointed from home country/India/abroad. The school management conducts a series of test such as written test, class observation and interview before appointing him/her.
The school management also keeps in mind that they are suitably qualified and dedicated towards school .The principal develops the programs and guides all the faculty heads for its implementation following the school policy The principal also appoints a School In-Charge as to look after the administration/ academic development of the school and submit the report to the Principal everyday. All the faculty heads carry out their educational programs and activities under the guidance and approval of the Principal. (See Annex 2 for the list if Teaching and Administrative Staff).
