TEACHING AND LEARNING Teaching Strategy In order to achieve quality education teaching method and techniques play a vital role in teaching and learning process. All the teacher of this school are committed to implement new ideas and teaching methods appropriate to subject. They explore problems and issues of the teaching and learning process. Then each faculty heads develops teaching – learning strategy based on the problems identified to improve the classroom teaching. Special Class Children varying background and ethnic group are admitted in the school. So individual differences are crucial. The school makes its best effort to meet their individual differences. But it is not easy to cover all individual differences. The school organizes special classes of specific subjects and areas on the basis of their needs to develop their talents.
